ANTI-SPAM POLICY

If you received an email from us, it is because you opted-in to one of our clients' email lists. The client that sent you that particular message has certified that you have indicated interest in receiving email from them (opted-in). We promise to keep your e-mail address secure and private and will not use it for any other purposes.


  We make every effort to insure that our clients’ email marketing campaigns go beyond the requirement of the CAN-SPAM act. However, compliance with CAN-SPAM and adoption of email marketing best practices is ultimately the responsibility of the individual client. Even so, ROI Email has several policies in place that protect individual consumers from unwanted email communications.


   We believe in encouraging ethical and effective email marketing and to that end, ROI Email clients agree to use only email lists that are confirmed opt-in or permission based. Our clients certify that they will use our software only to send emails to customers and prospects that have directly consented (opted-in) to receive their email. Clients may not use our system to send unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). For any list housed in our system or used as the source of an email campaign, clients agree to provide us upon request with the source of the email addresses, the method used to capture the data, and verification of the consent to receive emails from that client.


   Our clients further certify that they will not use rented or purchased lists, email append lists, or any other list that contains email addresses captured in any method other than opt-in. Additionally, the use of opt-out lists is prohibited in our system. An opt-out list is one where the recipient must choose not to receive email as part of a sign-up process or other registration procedure.


   We retain the right to review client lists and emails to verify that clients adhere to these privacy and anti-spam policies. Violation of these policies will result in termination of a client’s account.


   In addition to our policies covering acceptable use of our email systems, ROI Email uses strict security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of email addresses housed in our system. Each email sent through the ROI Email system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving emails from that particular sender. You may also opt to remove your name from the recipient pool for all ROI Email clients by contacting us.
